SKYPoof Drone

Contemporary technology gives us unique opportunities to combine drone-driven aerial photography and videos into astounding virtual tours of landscape, environments and properties. A virtual tour can transfer to a potential buyer the aspect, state and surroundings of a property from many perspectives, including aerial views taken at different altitudes and various sides. Aerial pictures also show many details any photography taken from the ground can not render realistically.
Nothing will be more convincing to people interested in acquiring a new house or estate than having the chance to “tour” the property virtually, seeing its façade, its style and architecture, its size from all perspectives, its balconies, terraces, and its swimming pool and garden. And that’s not all, my virtual tours will also let the potential buyer see the landscape and environment the property is situated in, the neighborhood, road access, traffic intensity, and its proximity to eventual seafront, lake or river-front, surrounding woods, orchards, fruit trees…

By law, any aircraft operation in the national airspace requires a certificated and registered aircraft, a licensed pilot, and operational approval. Section 333 of the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 (FMRA) (PDF) grants the Secretary of Transportation the authority to determine whether an airworthiness certificate is required for a UAS to operate safely in the National Airspace System (NAS).

We have completed our Certification filing for our 333 Flight Exemption effective 28 August 2015. Our Drone has successfully been registered and we have been assigned the registration number of N469JB. You may view our Registry here:   Woo Hoo !

The same is true for hotels, touristic installations, restaurants, camping, theme parks and other entertainment settings.
A virtual visit allows the  interested persons see the overall size of the property, the neighboring buildings and possibly the proximity of commodities like shops, a school, a hospital and many more.
Being a General Aviation Pilot, I am best positioned to choose the most impressing aerial views, the perfect lighting, the ideal meteorological and aerial conditions to take sharp, stable pictures and videos, and to select the appropriate angle, altitude and scenario before starting the photographic work.
No doubt I am also familiar with FAA safety precautions, and with the administrative procedures I have to undertake  before taking my pictures. All my virtual tours are prepared respecting utmost safety for all persons involved, be it the owner of the property himself or his neighbors and environment.
The same is true while I am piloting the drone; I always provide a safe atmosphere around me, be it piloting a remote aircraft or a Cessna TTX Fly-by-wire aircraft, safety is first and foremost the primary objective when flying any aircraft.
Of course, more than just the taking of aerial views is involved into the creation of virtual tours. Once the pictures and videos are taken, a long process of video editing starts, emphasizing the best aspects of the images and giving the visit a realistic and impressive vitality.
The art of capturing the viewer’s interest lies in creative details, in smooth transitions and focusing on the most positive aspects of the estate. Your customers will be captivated by the virtual tours – which will make up most of their decision to buy. Once they visit the site itself, their eagerness to purchase is already secured.
Don’t hesitate to ask me for samples of my work; with my endeavor, efforts and professionalism I can greatly improve your business and lead you to success.
